terms of service
Payment is accepted via Ko-Fi or PayPal invoice.
Payment will be asked following a completed pose sketch, but the customer is permitted to send payment sooner if they feel inclined to do so.
Customer has right to any revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (i.e. minor color or detail changes)
Must be paid in USD.
Prices are subject to change.
Turnarounds range between a few days to two weeks depending on complexity, and the customer will be updated with progress reports frequently/when asked.
If the commission cannot be completed due to outside forces, the customer is permitted a refund on their product. The customer may also request to cancel their commission at any point before payment.
Customer is expected to contact the seller in a timely manner.
Customer may be turned away at any point if they are argumentative or unpleasant. Please be patient with me and we shall both benefit from the exchange.
Regarding slots: Customer may claim a slot to hold until proper funds are acquired, but will be forfeited after two weeks with no contact.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI-related technology, nor any future inventions in those spaces.
Customer is free to ask for any clarifications on the terms listed above, and will not be treated harshly for doing so.
